Hello, everyone,
It’s been a while since I posted an update, so I thought the time was right.
“Home Sweet Home” went live on October 20th (or 21st, depending on your time zone), and since then, I have been working on story prep for both “The Fires of Aurelius” and “The Fall of Skullkeep.”
I am really liking how the stories are developing, and as time allows, I spend a minute here and there developing other projects that I hope to publish either in 2021 or ’22, depending on how the production pans out.
A number of people have pointed out that my Histories of Drakmoor series only has the first two volumes, “Awakening” and “Into Vushaar,” available in audio. That is indeed very much correct, and the fault is 100% mine. My amazing narrator delivered the audio for “Archmagister” back around the mid-point of the year–right at the height of family obligations arising–and I have yet to go back and proof it. You can expect the audio for “Archmagister” and a special announcement to arrive by the end of the year.
Beyond this, I’m still offering the discount for “Fires” for anyone who originally pre-ordered this back in 2019. If you pre-ordered “The Fires of Aurelius” last year, forward me the email confirmation that Amazon sent you or forward me the email notification that the pre-order was cancelled or send me a screen shot of “The Fires of Aurelius” as a cancelled order in your Amazon account.
If you do this, I will send you a link where you can get your copy for $1.99. I have no way of knowing who pre-orders or purchases or KU borrows my stories, so I will be re-stating this often until I’m ready to publish “Fires.” It bothers me to this day that I canceled the pre-order and want to thank you for all the kind words and support you communicated in the wake of the cancellation.
I hope the days have been treating you and yours well, and I offer my best wishes for both the holiday season and the weeks after.
Edit—November 24th
Barry—as you can see in the comments below—was kind enough to point out that I neglected to state where you should send the email about the “Fires” discount.
Please send them to rmk_newsletter@knightsfallpress.com.
In the meantime, have some book covers…
Which email address should we forward our confirmation email from amazon for our pre-order of Fires?
Barry,
You raise an excellent point! You send that to rmk_newsletter@knightsfallpress.com.
Thank you for asking.
Regards,
Rob
